Hello! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a strong background in mental health and overall well-being. I have dedicated my practice to meeting the client where they are at and providing compassionate support and guidance to help each client overcome challenges and reach their goals.

I currently provide therapy in South Carolina, North Carolina, Florida, and Vermont. My passion is helping others heal using evidence-based holistic and complementary modalities, as well as evidence-based clinical modalities that fit your cultural and spiritual beliefs.

I believe everyone can heal from trauma, solve problems, and improve their lives. I help people of all ages find solutions, learn skills, set goals, and manage emotions related to trauma and stress. I've helped clients with depression, anxiety, PTSD, relationship issues, anger management, and parenting challenges.

I have lived a long and colorful life. I've made good and bad choices. I have 22+ years of experience in the mental health and substance abuse treatment field. I DO NOT JUDGE, AT ALL, PERIOD. I can be both blunt and gentle as appropriate. My life's work can be summed up in three words: "offering people hope".

I am an LISW-CP and ACSW licensed in the state of South Carolina. Recognizing the need to share your vulnerability can be difficult and overwhelming, and not knowing how to move forward leaves us stuck and unable to creatively think of solutions. I assist clients in building solutions to cope, prosper, and enjoy what is present.

With 18 years of experience in the mental health field and 8 years in private practice, I am committed to helping individuals overcome challenges, build resilience, and achieve personal growth. Throughout my career, I have worked with a diverse population, including children, adolescents, adults, and facing a variety of mental health concerns.

I'm passionate about supporting your healing and growth. Whether navigating challenges or seeking self-understanding, I'm here alongside you. I especially enjoy working with adults, veterans, professionals, and caregivers. Together, we'll build your strength, find clarity, and create meaningful change.

My approach is to remain straightforward with my clients. No time like the present! I am strongly skilled in analysis, client-centered, and listening/reflective skills. Much guidance will be given in terms of increasing the quality of your life, and this is accomplished by practicing a positive state of consciousness.

My therapy approaches are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.
