I am an Enneagram 6, so I'm always prepared for every situation. My favorite forms of self-care are moving my body, eating chips and guac, and watching Survivor. In sessions, I am bound to have one of three drinks with me: Diet Dr. Pepper, an Iced Latte, and lots of Water.

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor who provides a calm, structured, and compassionate space for clients navigating stress, anxiety, depression, and unresolved experiences from the past. My work helps clients understand their patterns, heal old wounds, and build healthier ways of coping.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Mental Health Service Provider (LPC/MHSP). I take a compassionate, person-centered approach, helping clients work through anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, grief, self-esteem, and life transitions. I specialize in trauma-informed care, integrating evidence-based practices to address how trauma affects you emotionally, physically, and relationally. My own experiences with adversity inform my practice, teaching me the importance of compassion, patience, and connection in healing.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 30 years of experience. I am client-centered since we are all unique. I work exclusively with trauma and grief using EMDR, Jungian dream work, internal family systems, and everything I have learned as a therapist and a human. A multifaceted approach begins with what is alive in you in the present time.

I work with clients to find answers to questions about psychiatric symptoms, behavioral traits, experiences, and traumatic situations. I teach through the strengths perspective and coping skills, encouraging you to identify who you are and who you want to be.
