I earned my bachelor’s degree in Bachelor of Science in Social Work from Metropolitan State College of Denver, followed by a Master of Science in Social Work in 2010 from Newman University. I spent the next 8 1/2 years working for Child Protective Services, specializing in child sexual abuse, working with both victims and offenders.

I believe we were made to change in spite of the bad things that happen to us. I understand incredible obstacles can keep us from loving ourselves and others and rob us of our peace.
