I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 25 years in human services and nearly 20 years providing therapy. I work with adults, couples, and families from diverse backgrounds. My goal is to provide a supportive space where clients feel understood, empowered, and capable of meaningful change.

I am an independently licensed therapist with individuals navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, and chronic illness — including the unique stress that can come from navigating systems, relationships, or environments that don't always feel safe or seen.

Since 2011, I’ve held the highest level of licensing in Clinical Social Work, and since 2015, the highest licensure in substance use disorders. My background includes 13 years as a clinician with the Department of the Army and the Department of Veterans Affairs, working extensively with active duty service members, veterans, and their families.

My services are dedicated to the provision of caring and client-centered support for wellness. You are the narrator of your experiences and opportunities. Together we can help you navigate the life you wish to pursue.

Where do you wish your story would take you? I help clients explore their authentic identity and what it takes for them as individuals to find happiness. It isn’t my goal to change you, but rather to help you discover more of your real self, who you really are, despite the difficult experiences and hard things.

Life is hard. Reaching out for help is a huge step, especially when you are in the lows of depression or throes of anxiety. While in-person therapy has many upsides, teletherapy is accessible and convenient. I currently offer teletherapy only to clients located in Utah, Kansas, and Missouri.
