I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 25 years in human services and nearly 20 years providing therapy. I work with adults, couples, and families from diverse backgrounds. I’m a U.S. Navy veteran and licensed clinical social worker who helps adults navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, and stress. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you can heal, grow, and build lasting change.

I have more than 26 years of experience working with children and families. I started out my career as a social worker and worked with elderly and disabled adults, and went on to also work in Child Welfare. In 2008, I completed my master's degree in Counseling Psychology and, since then, have focused on my work as a therapist.
