I specialize in only working with young women ages 18–33 who are navigating stress, anxiety, depression, or trauma-related challenges. My approach is focused on the present moment, using practical tools and evidence-based strategies that help you feel better and achieve your therapy goals. Together, we'll create meaningful change.

I assist those who have lived experience with trauma, oppression, relationships, addiction to substances or gambling, and whatever difficulties or pain you may be experiencing. I appreciate being in a position to help others navigate the healing and therapeutic process. I use culturally relevant approaches in my clinical work.

Therapy with me is collaborative, relational, and rooted in liberation, not symptom suppression. I don’t believe in passive therapy where you vent and nothing changes. I also don’t believe in cold, clinical therapy that disconnects you from your humanity. We build something real together.

I am an MSW, LICSW, an adoptee, and a therapist who specializes in psychotherapy for adoptees. I understand how adoption can shape identity, grief, attachment, and relationships in ways that are often misunderstood.
