I have 20 years of experience with severe, acute and chronic mental illness and personality disorders. I work with veterans, first responders and domestic violence survivors as well as anger and behavioral management.

As a person who has experienced trauma, loss, and chronic health conditions, I have an authentic understanding of how these can impact your life and how building coping strategies and skills can empower you to move forward.
