I have a passion for helping people manage their depression symptoms, manage their anxiety, build more effective coping skills, increase their communication effectiveness, and support with the stress of parenting and daily life.

I have 20 years of experience with severe, acute and chronic mental illness and personality disorders. I work with veterans, first responders and domestic violence survivors as well as anger and behavioral management.

I earned my BS in Psychology and MSW from Eastern Washington University and have worked in a wide range of settings, including community mental health, hospitals, emergency rooms, psychiatric units, and more.
