My approach begins with appreciation for your life story and recognizing your strengths, because you have survived 100% of your hardest days so far. Using mindfulness & somatic/ relaxation techniques to establish a sense of safety, we can allow distressing memories to resurface and be re-processed with EMDR to address patterns and enhance healing.
