I employ empathy, person centered approaches as well as psychoeducational materials and worksheets. I like to help the client, but help the client help themselves.

I have extensive experience in counseling individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, work/life balance stressors, life transitions, substance use, and other areas.
