I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who specializes in trauma/PTSD and working with Black/BIPOC and Queer clients. My goal as a therapist is to collaboratively work with clients to heal from trauma and mental health concerns like anxiety, depression, personality disorders, and mood disorders.

I believe you are the expert in your story, and when you feel safe, heard, and understood, change can begin. I take a collaborative approach where we work as a team. I am especially helpful with political anxiety, generational trauma, relationships, parenting, life transitions, women's issues, women in tech, and trauma.
