I am a therapist who provides compassionate, client-centered care through a secure and accessible telehealth platform, helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. My integrative approach draws on evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. As a person who has experienced trauma, loss, and chronic health conditions, I have an authentic understanding of how these can impact your life and how building coping strategies and skills can empower you to move forward. Therapy is and can be a positive experience, learning coping strategies to process trauma and heal.

Therapy with me is collaborative, relational, and rooted in liberation, not symptom suppression. I don’t believe in passive therapy where you vent and nothing changes. I also don’t believe in cold, clinical therapy that disconnects you from your humanity. We build something real together.

I provide culturally responsive care for those navigating stress, identity, or emotional overwhelm. My approach centers on compassion and helping you reconnect with your strengths when life feels uncertain. I provide affirming, compassionate care to LGBTQ individuals, especially transgender and gender-diverse clients. My practice is a safe space for those navigating identity exploration, systemic challenges, and interpersonal trauma. I also work with individuals recovering from narcissistic abuse.

I have been working with clients for over 10 years. I know that reaching out can be a difficult first step.
