I am a dually licensed therapist, meaning I perform both substance abuse and mental health treatment. I have been doing this work since 2012, working in residential substance abuse treatment facilities, outpatient mental health clinics, in-home therapy with children and families, and facilitating drug court substance abuse groups.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who works with adults experiencing anxiety, trauma, ADHD-related overwhelm, identity concerns, and relationship stress. My approach is supportive, practical, and collaborative, with sessions paced to meet you where you are.
