I hold a doctorate in Clinical Psychology and multiple master’s degrees, with experience in courts, prisons, residential care, and high-acuity mental health settings.

I am a Psy.D., Doctor of Psychology, university professor with 14 years of direct counseling experience and am licensed in multiple states. I am greatly experienced in helping people on the autism spectrum lead fuller lives and go beyond the doubt and anxiety that occurs with autistic traits. Anxiety, depression, and autism are my primary focus.

I am a Licensed Independent Counselor and a Licensed Independent Addiction Counselor (LIAC) in the state of Arizona. I work with adults, adolescents, couples, and families to help them improve their well-being and relationships. I specialize in treating addictions and have worked with clients who have substance use concerns and eating disorders.

I help people navigate the complex issues we face throughout life's many stages. I work with individuals, couples, and families who are ready to feel better and live their best life. The pressures of being everything to everyone can be overwhelming, and seeking help takes courage.
