I work with children, teens, and adults who experience a range of challenges, including sexual abuse and violent trauma, depression, anxiety, substance use concerns, long-term grief from loss, and emotional distress.

With over 26 years of experience, I have dedicated passionately more than half of my life to supporting children, individuals, couples, and families through the challenges and opportunities that life presents.
