I am a Licensed Professional Counselor specializing in trauma-informed care for adults navigating Complex PTSD (C-PTSD), profound grief, and chronic stress. I hold a Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Northern Colorado and brings extensive clinical experience from working with Veterans.

I am a Korean adoptee and Southern California native with a passion for serving others and fostering a sense of belonging and self-worth in everyone I meet. I earned my Master of Social Work degree from Fordham University in 2021 and previously earned my Bachelor of Arts degree at Azusa Pacific University.

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 40 years of experience working with individuals, LGBTQA+, single parents, pre-teens, using online therapy, and substance counseling. I’m also a Certified Addictions Counselor II.
