I use a combination of solution-focused and Gottman approaches, along with cognitive-therapy methods, to name a few. I also work with other concerns someone may want to address, such as life stressors with work, relationships, and substance use.

I have 26 years of experience guiding somatic practices like yoga, meditation, and mindfulness. My degree from Naropa is in Transpersonal Wilderness Therapy, and I will often meet my clients outdoors in a natural setting.
