I understand that life is hard, and my passion is to help you break free from stigma and shame and feel empowered to overcome your trials.

I have my master's degree in social work from the University of Kentucky and I am independently licensed in Iowa. I have experience in most including anxiety, depression, and substance use. If you don't like a therapist who will make you laugh from time to time while allowing space to grow I'm probably not the best one for you.

My hope is to provide a safe and supportive space where you can be yourself and feel heard without judgment. I work with adults and young adults who may be experiencing anxiety, depression, overwhelming stress, negative thought patterns, relationship difficulties, or simply feeling not like themselves.

I am a licensed clinical social worker, and I provide therapy for individuals and couples navigating anxiety, relationship stress, life transitions, and emotional overwhelm. I received my graduate training at the University of Hawai‘i, where I was strongly influenced by a holistic and culturally responsive perspective on healing.
