I have lived a long and colorful life. I've made good and bad choices. I have 22+ years of experience in the mental health and substance abuse treatment field. I DO NOT JUDGE, AT ALL, PERIOD. I can be both blunt and gentle as appropriate. My life's work can be summed up in three words: "offering people hope".

I have been working in this field for the last 10 years. Starting in substance use and recovery and moving into private practice to focus on anxiety and trauma, both with individuals and couples.
