I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with a long career as an educator in the field of school counseling. My path into professional counseling grew out of a series of life experiences that shaped my belief in the inherent capacity of every person to grow, heal, and build self-confidence.

I help people who have experienced traumatic events, anxiety, and grief. I use Nature-Informed Therapy a innovative type of therapy that uses our connection to nature to help lessen symptoms, improve our mood, and help heal our nervous system.

I am currently accepting new clients and serve the Baltimore metropolitan area with both in person and telehealth sessions. I like to refer to my style of practice as "Soul Work". My treatment modalities include; CBT, Trauma focused, Psychodynamic. I am awaiting to work with you to begin your healing journey.

My experience includes oncology, hospice, palliative care, and emergency medicine, providing counseling for serious illness, end-of-life care, grief, and life transitions.
