I have a masters in clinical social work. I approach therapy by understanding you as an individual-an individual with external influences. I focus on life transitions, anxiety, depression, parent/child relationships and trauma [to name a few]. In therapy one initial goal is to establish a warm and empathetic environment which will foster trust.
