I received my master's degree in mental health counseling at CUNY Brooklyn College. I have years of experience providing services for teens and adults and would love to help people who struggles with different types of issues such as depression, anxiety, relationship issues, communication issues, self-esteem issues, stress.

I am licensed in Minnesota, Oregon, New York, and Washington. With over 30 years in the helping professions, I have worked in many settings, including street outreach, community programs, inpatient and outpatient treatment programs, and private practice.
