I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker. I approach therapy from an attachment theory and a cognitive-behavioral approach. I have worked in social services with individuals and families since 1995. I have served through outpatient counseling since 2010. I specialize in counseling individuals, couples, and families.

I’m an LPCC with a warm, compassionate, and collaborative approach. I work with teens, adults, and couples facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions. I integrate EMDR, CBT, Family Systems, Gottman Method, and spiritual integration when desired.

I have experience in community-based mental health working with children and adolescents. On this platform, I am providing therapy around infertility and reproductive trauma, as this is an area that I have journeyed through myself, and which I am passionate about providing care.

Most of my clients are between the ages of 20-75. My focus is working with clients to individualize their needs and find solutions as well as a sense of well-being.
