I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with almost 10 years of experience working with underserved populations who may be currently or at risk of experiencing crisis. I enjoy clinical work and use a mixture of therapies for most conditions including low mood, relationship distress, anxiety, trauma exposure, psychosis and other diagnoses.

I have been practicing for more than 20 years as a licensed therapist. I have experience in public and private clinics, supervisor and management roles. I have also been involved with research. I enjoy the outdoors, my family and pets, and growing through the challenges life offers and appreciating the journey as I age!
