I'm honored to be a mental health resource for others. I am licensed as a professional counselor (LPC) and art therapist (ATR). My practice is for women — including cis women, trans women, and AFAB non‑binary people who feel aligned with women’s spaces.

I am passionate about creating a therapeutic connection with my clients, no matter the background. I have spent 10 years working in various treatment settings and love to listen intently. I have 2 cats and have found healing through animals and nature especially. I am very open minded and want you to feel supported with your unique life journey.

I grew up in a Latino family, surrounded by military members, and spent summers with my mom on communes in Oregon. This gave me a wide understanding of humankind. I am a clinical supervisor/counselor whose focus includes trauma, healing the inner child, changing survival skills to thrive skills, inner critic ninja skills, and freedom from shame.
