A native of Charleston, South Carolina. I have provided counseling for the past 35 years (27 years of that in private practice). I graduated from St. Andrews Parish High School and the College of Charleston before receiving my master's degree in clinical counseling from The Citadel.

My mission is to help individuals get through the hard times and learn to build healthy relationships, let go of the past, be positive, grow a closer relationship with God, and manage stress and anxiety. I work with children 6 and up, teens, and individual adults.
