Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Client-Centered Therapy, I support clients in making progress and feeling better.

I believe in working with the client where they are and using tools that fit the needs of the client. I have worked with many different types of clientele. I have worked with children & teenagers, couples & families, and people with minor disabilities such as autism.

I am an independent licensed social worker in clinical practice. My previous work experience has been in mental health in the community and the prison system. I have also worked in a hospice providing grief counseling.
