I am a licensed clinical therapist who works with adults seeking overall mental well-being, inner calm, and stability. Many of my clients are individuals dealing with depression, anxiety, unresolved trauma, life transitions, and chronic stress. A mentor once told me, “Nobody cares what you know until they know that you care,” and that has stayed with me throughout my career.
