I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor and Nationally Certified Counselor with over 17 years of experience helping adolescents and adults navigate trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and typical life stressors and transitions. My speciality areas include adult survivors of childhood abuse/neglect and domestic violence.

I am a Certified Geek Therapist and I prefer to use what is considered an eclectic approach, as I feel that everyone is the author of their own story and not everyone fits in the same box.
