I am an LPC. I offer virtual therapy for individuals and couples across South Carolina, creating a warm, supportive space to navigate anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, and life transitions while building practical tools, confidence, and meaningful growth along the way.

I believe everyone is doing their best with what they know, and we're all capable of learning healthier ways of being. I work with adults facing trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, relationship difficulties, and challenges managing behaviors and emotions. Establishing a strong therapeutic alliance is key to empowerment and successful outcomes.

I support individuals through life transitions, emotional challenges, and moments of uncertainty. I create a warm, safe, and validating space where clients feel grounded, understood, and empowered.

I provide a warm, supportive space for individuals navigating anxiety, ADHD symptoms, stress, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions. I help clients who feel overwhelmed or stuck in overthinking build healthier coping skills, emotional balance, confidence, and meaningful change.

I have a Bachelor’s of Social Work from the University of South Florida and Master’s of Social Work form Saint Leo University, graduating in August 2021. I have been practicing as a social worker since 2021. I am a LISW-CP and I am a Certified Personality Disorder Treatment provider (C-PD) and I am Certified in Dialectal Behavioral Therapy (C-DBT).
