I am dedicated to providing compassionate care to my clients. Over the past decade, I have gained extensive experience supporting individuals facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and substance dependence, with a specialized focus on trauma.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I am passionate about helping clients discover their strengths, heal from past trauma, and build the skills needed to achieve lasting mental and emotional wellness. My own journey of persevering through adversity led me to this very path of dedicating my life to supporting others on their own journey.

I am an LPC, licensed in the states of Georgia and South Carolina. I have been working in the field of counseling for 15 years. I use many forms of therapy but, I am a strong believer in two evidenced-based theories i.e. Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and Cognitive Processing Theory (CPT).

I have a Bachelor’s of Social Work from the University of South Florida and Master’s of Social Work form Saint Leo University, graduating in August 2021. I have been practicing as a social worker since 2021. I am a LISW-CP and I am a Certified Personality Disorder Treatment provider (C-PD) and I am Certified in Dialectal Behavioral Therapy (C-DBT).
