I have a Bachelor’s of Social Work from the University of South Florida and Master’s of Social Work form Saint Leo University, graduating in August 2021. I have been practicing as a social worker since 2021. I am a LISW-CP and I am a Certified Personality Disorder Treatment provider (C-PD) and I am Certified in Dialectal Behavioral Therapy (C-DBT).

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), I help individuals who feel anxious, stuck, or misunderstood in their relationships. If you find yourself overthinking, fearing abandonment, or repeating the same dating patterns, we’ll work together to build confidence, improve communication, and create healthier, more secure connections.

I am passionate about supporting my clients as they navigate interpersonal challenges, life transitions, mental health challenges, and personal growth in a supportive environment where my clients can explore their emotions and work toward meaningful change.

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help clients understand their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors so they can make meaningful, lasting changes.
