I am an LPC. I offer virtual therapy for individuals and couples across South Carolina, creating a warm, supportive space to navigate anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, and life transitions while building practical tools, confidence, and meaningful growth along the way.

The majority of my clients include teens, adults, and couples. My specializations include anxiety, depression, human sexuality, LGBTQIA+ issues, and trauma. I have experience working with people who have survived sexual assault and intimate partner violence.

A native of Charleston, South Carolina. I have provided counseling for the past 35 years (27 years of that in private practice). I graduated from St. Andrews Parish High School and the College of Charleston before receiving my master's degree in clinical counseling from The Citadel.
