A native of Charleston, South Carolina. I have provided counseling for the past 35 years (27 years of that in private practice). I graduated from St. Andrews Parish High School and the College of Charleston before receiving my master's degree in clinical counseling from The Citadel.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) dedicated to helping individuals navigate life's challenges, transitions, and personal growth. Together, we will build on your strengths and develop practical tools to support healing, resilience, and lasting change.

Alicia Thomas, MS, LPC specializes in working with teens (17+) and adults.
