A native of Charleston, South Carolina. I have provided counseling for the past 35 years (27 years of that in private practice). I graduated from St. Andrews Parish High School and the College of Charleston before receiving my master's degree in clinical counseling from The Citadel.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor serving clients in South Carolina and Florida, providing compassionate, evidence-based therapy for anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, behavioral concerns, and other mental health challenges.
