My journey began in 2006 as an intern at the Marriage and Family Institute in Abilene, Texas. After 13 years of gaining experience at local agencies, I now love working in private practice!

I'm a licensed clinical social worker and licensed clinical addictions specialist in North Carolina. I am also able to see clients in South Carolina and Delaware. I provide telehealth therapy for adults dealing with depression, anxiety, trauma, and the exhaustion that comes from carrying too much.

I specialize in providing culturally responsive care to individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds. I recognize that mental health is deeply connected to our lived experience, identities, and the communities we come from. I can be both blunt and gentle as appropriate. My life's work can be summed up in three words: "offering people hope".
