I am an LPC, licensed in the states of Georgia and South Carolina. I have been working in the field of counseling for 15 years. I use many forms of therapy but, I am a strong believer in two evidenced-based theories i.e. Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and Cognitive Processing Theory (CPT).

I help clients with family conflicts, relationships, parenting, work-life balance, self-esteem, and confidence. I believe you are the expert of your story and have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming challenges. Taking the first step to seek a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process.

I believe everyone has the answers they seek inside of them, and it's my job to help you get to the answers. In my spare time, I play golf and guitar, and walk on the beach.

I am an LMFT licensed in Georgia, South Carolina, and Florida. I have a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Abilene Christian University. My journey began in 2006 as an intern at the Marriage and Family Institute in Abilene, Texas. After 13 years of gaining experience at local agencies, I now love working in private practice!

A native of Charleston, South Carolina. I have provided counseling for the past 35 years (27 years of that in private practice). I graduated from St. Andrews Parish High School and the College of Charleston before receiving my master's degree in clinical counseling from The Citadel.
