I help clients navigate anxiety, sadness, and stress associated with major life changes. I offer supportive counseling and also teach practical coping skills for handling life's curve balls. I encourage clients to take action, but also to be gentle with themselves along the way.

I am passionate about helping others. I work with individuals coping with a variety of challenges in their lives, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, maternal mental health, trauma, grief and loss, and personal growth.

I work with adults and specialize in stress, anxiety, and depression. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Mindfulness to help my clients overcome difficulties and feel better.

I am an LMFT licensed in Georgia, South Carolina, and Florida. I have a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Abilene Christian University. My journey began in 2006 as an intern at the Marriage and Family Institute in Abilene, Texas. After 13 years of gaining experience at local agencies, I now love working in private practice!
