As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), I help individuals who feel anxious, stuck, or misunderstood in their relationships. A native of Charleston, South Carolina. I have provided counseling for the past 35 years (27 years of that in private practice). I graduated from St. Andrews Parish High School and the College of Charleston before receiving my master's degree in clinical counseling from The Citadel.

I am a licensed clinical therapist who works with adults seeking overall mental well-being, inner calm, and stability. Many of my clients are individuals dealing with depression, anxiety, unresolved trauma, life transitions, and chronic stress. I am very compassionate, and I’m able to hold space for you as we work together.

I bring over 20 years of diverse experience, shaped by extensive training, interdisciplinary education, and a passion for helping others live empowered, fulfilling lives.
