A native of Charleston, South Carolina. I have provided counseling for the past 35 years (27 years of that in private practice). I graduated from St. Andrews Parish High School and the College of Charleston before receiving my master's degree in clinical counseling from The Citadel.

I work with people managing anxiety and depression, exploring career options, working through adjustment issues, and addressing relationship concerns.
