I have more than 26 years of experience working with children and families. I started out my career as a social worker and worked with elderly and disabled adults, and went on to also work in Child Welfare. In 2008, I completed my master's degree in Counseling Psychology and, since then, have focused on my work as a therapist.

If you're considering therapy, chances are something in your life isn't working the way you'd like it to. That's okay. Therapy doesn't require you to have everything figured out. It simply gives us a place to understand what's happening, explore your options, and work toward where you'd like to be.

I’m a U.S. Navy veteran and licensed clinical social worker who helps adults navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, and stress. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you can heal, grow, and build lasting change.
