I am a lifelong resident of Washington. I love the outdoors and my dogs. I started my career as a paramedic for 11 years before I became interested in mental health. As a social worker in an emergency room, I gained valuable experience with crisis mental health evaluations, safety planning, and working with clients struggling with substance use.

I have been doing therapy for eight years. I specialize in children and adolescents, trauma, depression, anxiety, relational stress, substance abuse, and abandonment issues.

We often become stuck in circumstances and in our own minds, which can cause significant distress and erode our sense of self. I can help you sort through difficult thoughts, emotions, and change behaviors that do not serve you anymore.
