My journey to mental healthcare

I was drawn to mental healthcare by a deep desire to help people feel seen, understood, and supported during their most vulnerable moments. What drives me is seeing patients make meaningful progress—whether that's finding relief from symptoms, gaining insight, or reclaiming a sense of control.

I collaborate with patients to set clear, realistic goals based on their values and priorities. We break goals into manageable steps and adjust them as needed to support progress and growth.

Our first session

In the first session, patients can expect a supportive, structured conversation focused on understanding their concerns, history, and goals for care. I'll ask about symptoms, past treatment, and what's working or not. Together, we'll begin building a plan that feels both practical and personalized.
