Hi there, I'm Beth!

Congratulations! Reaching out to find a therapist takes strength, courage, and a belief in yourself. I’m here to support you moving forward. I specialize in working with adults facing life transitions and situational stressors. I will collaboratively join with you to address your specific concerns, issues, and goals.

My focus

Anxious thoughts and ‘less than positive’ beliefs about yourself can hinder your ability to live a fulfilling life. I work with adults of all ages and stages of life to overcome these self-defeating and depleting internal narratives, often central to experiences of anxiety and depression.

My approach

I use my psychodynamic and CBT training to help us understand the origin of difficulties, while providing the ‘here and now’ tools to reshape undesirable thoughts, feelings, reactions, and behaviors. I always approach our work together from a trauma-informed care and strength-based perspective.
