You are valuable to me.' That's exactly how I approach therapy. I work with adults, specializing in OCD, anxiety, depression, and trauma.
My focus
Most of my clients are navigating OCD and intrusive thoughts, past trauma that still weighs on them, or feelings of anxiety, depression, or low self-worth. I love working with people who feel stuck and want to move toward freedom, healing, and more self-compassion.
My approach
I tailor my approach to each client, drawing from evidence-based practices such as Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). My focus is on providing practical tools while creating space for growth and lasting change.
