My experience has taught me the importance of creating a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your feelings and experiences openly. In our sessions, we'll work together to identify and overcome unhelpful patterns and the obstacles you're facing.

My journey to mental healthcare

I have been drawn toward helping others overcome personal challenges since I was in my 20s, when I saw how parenting styles affected children close to me. My internal drive over the past 3 decades to help people unlock the patterns in their behavior to reach their full potential has increased multi-fold.

Whether you're dealing with anxiety, depression, or navigating a significant life transition or challenge, I'm here to support you every step of the way. My goal is to help you not only overcome your current challenges, but also to thrive and achieve your personal goals.
