Hi there, I'm Tirzah!

Starting therapy can be overwhelming. I commend you for taking this step in your journey, and I'm here to support you in your journey. I am a client-centered therapist and meet my clients where they are in life. I am non-judgmental and open-minded. We will work collaboratively to identify your goals for therapy.

My focus

I work best with women and adolescents who experience anxiety, depression, trauma, and who are neurodiverse. I also work with LGBTQ+ individuals as I understand the need for nonjudgment and support within this community.

Your therapy will be based on your strengths and needs. We will collaborate to come up with a plan that fits your personality and will help you achieve your goals.

I am open with my communication. My office is a space where you can speak your truth without the fear of judgment.

My journey to mental healthcare

I started my career in 2008 as a case worker for the Department of Children and Families in Florida. I then became a therapist in 2012, working with at-risk youth in a community setting. I truly enjoyed this experience and was able to find my style of therapy, and be creative with my approaches to break through stigma and barriers to treatment.

My goals for you

We will create your treatment goals together and will check in regularly to discuss how you feel you are doing with achieving your goals. I have an open communication policy and invite my clients to communicate if there are changes that are needed.

Your initial session will be spent getting to know one another. We will figure out your goals for treatment and review your history.
