My approach
I approach therapy by utilizing a holistic approach. The first few sessions are important in getting to know my clients. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is a wonderful resource for examining current and past behaviors. In learning the CBT process, we are able to unlock many unhealthy patterns of behavior and create lasting change.
