I specialize in various therapeutic modalities using an Eclectic and Strengths-Based Approach to assist women, adolescents, and children who may be dealing with life stressors, trauma, or simply wanting to learn healthy coping skills. I am here to help you navigate and gain insight through the exploration of you.

My focus

I use Solution-Focused, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Crisis Intervention, Client-Centered, and Existential Therapy. My experience includes clients with multiple traumas, substance use disorders, eating disorders, depression, unhealthy relationships, anxiety, and low self-esteem.

My journey to mental healthcare

I think about how much insight I have gained through therapy and exploration. Learning new ways of doing things in life to have more fulfillment and joy as you learn and grow. I want to pass that knowledge and awareness on to others who may be struggling with Mental Health issues and not able to understand how to navigate.
