Our first session

I see my role as being your guide throughout your therapy journey. We'll get to know each other, explore what brought you to therapy, and discuss what to expect from the process. We'll also cover the nature of our therapeutic relationship and address any questions you may have; nothing is off-limits, and there are no wrong questions.
